Product in focus: effidetect® Pointer Pointer is a predisoft application which detects fraud based on traditional “expert” rules and mathematical analysis. It has been enhanced with the personal vector, a mathematical concept which allows it to create a profile for each client. effidetect Pointer is used primarily to detect credit and debit card fraud but may also be used for monitoring and detecting anomalous behavior in checking and savings accounts, whatever the type of transaction may be (internet or on-line, telephone banking, personal withdrawal, etc.) A wide range of atypical behavior may be encountered and predisoft’s technology allows you to monitor many aspects of this behavior, especially what appears to be suspicious behavior.
